How can I keep up with your new work?

How do I use the Live Image Preview?

The Live Preview tool (Augmented Reality) lets you use your mobile device with a current browser to see how my art will look on your walls. Pull up my website on your device and click on the image you're interested in. Click on the "Live Preview" button. Your camera will open from the browser and you'll see my art superimposed on whatever wall your device is pointing at. It's best to stand 10-12 ft from the wall where you want to see the art, and face it straight on. Change the art's position by moving your device, and choose sizes from the pull down menu at the bottom of the screen.

Browsers that work with the Live Preview tool are Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera and Safari (v. 11 and higher).

How do I know which medium to choose?

When you are on the "Medium" tab on an image's page, hover your cursor over the media thumbnail and a black question mark will appear at the top. Once you hover over this, a description and example photo will pop up. Same for "Styles" and "Frames".

What is your shipping Policy?

All Prints are shipped by my printing partner Bay Photo Lab who prides themselves on quality printing and fast international delivery. Click on the link for more information on Bay Photo Lab's Shipping Policy. If your prints arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and immediately take a photo of the damage and email the pictures to Sue Vittner.

All Original Art Work will be shipped directly from me, using UPS or FedEx, a shipping number will be provided in the confirmation email once the items are shipped. Please contact Sue Vittner if you have a UPS or FedEx account and would like to use that for shipping.

What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?

All sales are final, should you receive a damaged print/painting a full refund or exchange will be provided. Please email photos of the damaged print/painting to Sue Vittner within 24 hours upon receiving it for a full refund or exchange.
